1. Are the perfumes sold by Aromure authentic?

Yes. All products sold on Aromure are original, sealed, and sourced from authorized suppliers. We do not sell replicas or imitations.

2. How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is free and takes 3 to 7 business days. Express shipping (1 to 3 business days) is available for an additional fee. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

3. Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is free, and all items are eligible. Visit our Return & Refund Policy to learn more.

4. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your product is damaged or incorrect, please email us at support@aromure.com within 48 hours. Include photos of the package and item. We’ll send a replacement or process a full refund.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you have not received it, check your spam folder or contact us directly.

7. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and secure payments via Shopify Payments. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption and 3D Secure technology.
